Crisis Intervention

Immediate, short-term support for individuals experiencing emotional or psychiatric crises. 

A trained provider will complete a risk assessment, collaborate for safety planning, and make referrals for additional stabilization when necessary.

Trauma-Informed Therapy

All of our therapy & counseling services incorporate evidence-based interventions grounded in competent awareness of trauma that focuses on self-compassion, empowerment, and recovery.

Clinical & Biopsychosical Assessments

Comprehensive assessment services that increase one's understanding of personal & familial history, provide clarity regarding present concerns, help identify needs & strengths, and develop treatment goals.

Individual Therapy

Focusing on emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions & more. In-office & virtual sessions offered.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Addressing behavioral issues, emotional regulation, school-related concerns, trauma, and social/relational needs within a developmentally appropriate framework.

Family
Therapy

Creating more effective communication skills, addressing family dynamics & caregiver challenges, and assisting with conflict resolution. Helping navigate co-parenting & blended family challenges.

Group Counseling & Support


Provider-led group sessions offer connection, shared learning, accountability, and

skill development in a supportive environment. 

Separate groups will address Grief & Loss, Emotion Regulation, Substance

Misuse, and Parent/Caregiver Challenges. Ongoing monthly support groups may also be provided based on need.

Family  Education & Support for those Impacted by Addiction

Substance Use Disorders & other types of addiction impact the entire family system. Family sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, setting healthy boundaries, and understanding the recovery process.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Certified clinical supervision  for masters level interns, provisionally licensed therapists, & social workers seeking licensure with the Georgia state licensing board. Provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 35 yrs of social work experience and 11 yrs of clinical social work practice. Professional consultation 

also provided.

Vicki Epp, LCSW


Provides individual therapy with adolescents & adults, couples therapy, and family therapy. Areas of expertise include trauma, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, & other mood disorders; emotion regulation; suicidal ideation; self-harm; diagnostic assessments. Utilizes Trauma-Informed CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, and EMDR, depending upon the need of the individual.

Provides individual counseling for children, adolescents, & adults; couples & family counseling; crisis intervention; biopsychosocial assessments. Areas of expertise include school-related issues, behavioral concerns, & family conflict. Utilizes CBT & other Trauma-Informed Care modalities, including Family Systems & DBT skills training.

Yes, we do. While most clients are self-pay, we currently accept Aetna and Medicare. Please contact your insurance provider to review coverage under your specific plan, if applicable.

Your first session will involve a comprehensive assessment and discussion of your goals.

Yes, we have specialized therapists who work with children and adolescents age10 and older.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.

Yes. We offer virtual sessions after the initial in person session.
